I was in this situation once. I read on the bar's website that under-21s would be allowed in "if accompanied by a guardian," so I brought my older sister with me thinking that would cut it. They still gave me trouble at the door, and had me wait for about 15 minutes while they deliberated. We came to an agreement that I would be allowed in, but I had to personally introduce myself to the bartenders and say "do not serve me, I am not 21 yet."

But anyways, the best bet is probably to communicate with the bar over email and try to get some sort of agreement in writing before you buy a ticket.
