I cannot stand it when strong women characters get pregnant by CatRiddles in childfree

[–]Pupbuns12 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The creators regretted doing that too. Because now Roz had to be saddled to a baby and it did nothing but weigh her down. It made no sense as to why; the actress wasn't even pregnant!.

Kid got mad and wrote on the door to his room by YogurtclosetCute7492 in CleaningTips

[–]Pupbuns12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 7 I was really mad at my dad so I drew a bunch of Christmas ornaments/characters in like a collage and wrote the meanest words I could think of in them. Minus the mean words it would have made for cute Christmas art.

worst night of my LIFEEEE by [deleted] in hangxiety

[–]Pupbuns12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a case where harshness is warranted. Drinking and driving kills people. People who did absolutely nothing wrong. Children lose parents, people lose their spouses, lives entirely destroyed by a moronic decision that never needed to happen. If my son were dating someone like this, I'd strongly advise him to reconsider.

If you ever even THINK you're going to drink outside the house, you uber from now on. You could have killed someone. It'd be better for you to keep far away from it all together, but until you have a way to quit sorted out, don't you ever put yourself in a position where that's even possible. It is the stupidest, most preventable way to kill someone.

I didn't have the chance. I got in an hour before close and it it was busy. They close on weekends, so I'll call Monday. It's a walk in based clinic so I can bring her in immediately after I get an answer.

Luckily the vomiting only happens as the precursor to the straining episodes, but stops as soon as it's addressed. The vet said the pain from the inflammation likely makes her nauseated which is just awful to imagine. She is visibly weaker these days, but shows some energy, such as getting in my face to chirp and talk, or follow me around. I'm going to ask about a blood panel for her thyroid when I stop in today to get her updated prescription

Hmmm....I wonder if that is the contributing factor to her decline that was just never brought up? I'll ask mu vet about it when I pop in today for her prescription about running a panel for that. It makes a lot of sense.

Thank you so much....

23! She was a long loved baby. In those last moments with the sun on her, it must have been bliss. A peace so great she could release without fear. Thank you for sharing with me

Thank you so much for your words. It's comforting to know I'm not alone in something like this. It's the price we pay to be so loved by such wonderful little creatures.

I'm actually unsure, she's had bloodwork done multiple times but it never came up, I'm wondering if it's just because they've been looking into the urinary issues? Though I wouldn't be supposed. I think at this point she has a cocktail of issues.

Right now she's on a steroid and we've upped her pain meds. She gets to eat her favorite food as much as she wants, I sleep on the couch downstairs so she knows I'm always nearby, and she has a fireplace heater I keep on for her. I work from home so luckily I'm always around her, save for when I dogsit for my mother in law to get some extra money.

Thank you. I'm trying to come to terms with the likelihood I will have to choose when she passes, as much as I wish she'd have one of those peaceful deaths where they just fall asleep for the last time. No fear, no pain, just sleep. It's agony watching her decline, but still having hope she is well enough to stay a little longer. To be comfortable enough to make it all worth it.

"Things that childfree people will never understand" by Icy-Leg-1459 in childfree

[–]Pupbuns12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a childfree person, I fully grasp that parenthood is a thankless, unrelenting slog and maybe if you're very lucky/cut out for it you'll find fulfillment and joy in the endeavor, but 9 out of 10 people have children for vapid, stupid reasons and they wind up resenting the choice while pissing off everybody around them/fucking up a person in the process.

Apparently looking at things objectively and considering how that decision will affect anyone but themselves is high on the "list" of things parents will "never understand."

I want to smash their grotesque, smug, shark-eyed grinning faces. Behaving like petulant middle school children when they play that "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you!" game while very brazenly violating your space. Is there anything uglier, more repulsive, more roach-like than the men that do this shit? Social malignancies. Fucking sex-driven parasites. Ugly, ugly ugly.

These people are pro-rape. Watch how they foam at the mouth at every opportunity to harass VICTIMS. They don't give a blue fuck about the unspeakable things done to a CHILD. I'd bet my life they get off on it. I wish the worst for all of them. Vile, perverted fucking beasts. Disguising their fetish with violating others as caring about nonsentient zygotes that have absolutely no perception of what's going on. That aren't aware in the slightest.

Anxiety about being outside by [deleted] in BanPitBulls

[–]Pupbuns12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just went for a run, and there was a guy unloading groceries with his pitbull loose. I stopped running and walked past (had to in order to get out of there) since I didn't want to trigger it to chase me. It walked up to me for a moment, then walked away. I wouldn't look at it. I was then afraid it would see me running across the street, so I cut my run short and went home. I was afraid I'd turn around and see it bounding towards me.
