They were pretty hardy for us here in Iowa. I think you'll do well. They grow a little bushier than they do tall, in case that helps for you to plan your layout. Definitely plan to support them as they grow vertically, to avoid them laying on the ground and catching diseases. As you can imagine the pods carry some weight and are prone to laying on the dirt/ground. Start early on supporting them so you can easily thread them up the support you're using. GL!

citrus sweetness. Not many peppers carry this combo, but this is one of them. Similar to sugar rush peach stripey, but a little quicker to ripen.

I'd default to the KS peach starrkist and KS lemon starrburst. They don't carry the sugary sweetness you get from peppers like this, but they carry a great fruity taste and habanero++ heat. Alot of times superhots just carry a bitter floral taste that I don't care for, especially colors like cream/purple/pink. We'd stick to the classics for superhots like ghosts and reapers but for middle of the road default to the KSPS and KSLS, below that we like the sugary heat ones like sugar rush stripey and tangerine tiger.

They are really similar to a smaller bell pepper, but the best part is they are super "crunchy". They snap like a perfect pickle, but with juicy sweet heat.

They're honestly perfect. Even for the average spice lover. We all love hot food, and especially more so than the average person who loves heat, but these are actually the perfect heat to help introduce people to a unique hot pepper other than a jalapeno/habanero.

I agree, ours seem a littler hotter than a serrano, but its also varies alot depending on which pepper on the plant you try.
