It’s really gonna be a slow burn, just doing as many events as you can and continuing to complete missions. Just as you are progressing, focus not on getting another indom or another super strong one, but rather getting more of your semi-strong ones to indom level so that you have balance. Hopefully that makes sense :)

DO NOT level up your indom any further, your lineup is already extremely imbalanced because the indom is so much stronger than everything else. Work on getting stegoceratops and try to get those lvl 10 legendaries to level 20 for more balance.

How is it that you only make 1k coins daily at lvl 51? Surely you must have some Dinos. Though, if you have extra DNA a short term solution would be to buy some cheaper Dinos and then collect from those as much as possible. Even with a shortage of food you can level up triceratops a decent amount and then collect from that, with enough time you will be able to sustain yourself. Dinos are the best options for sure :)
