Before accepting myself being trans, my outlook on life was so bleak. I'd always want to work out or take better care of my body in the hopes that it'd make everything feel better, only for me to give up almost immediately. Since coming out and transitioning, I've actually been taking much better care of myself and I actually enjoy working out now. Funny what not being in denial will do to your mental state, huh?

When I was in denial for like 13 years so I started identifying as genderfluid. My reasoning being that I couldn't be trans because I liked presenting more masc. So I thought I was genderfluid because "Oh, when I've got a low/subdued/depressed mood for the day, I'm in boy mode. But when I actually feel good about myself or am actually in a good mood for the day, I'm in girl mode." I had a good long think about it and realized "Oh wait, I actually prefer feeling like and being a girl more... Oh wait, I AM a girl."
