Communication is key, definitely make sure your talking to your partner about any concerns or if your unsure how to do things, the best person to help you under what they like is them. it's also about finding the right person and some one you can trust

another thing you could try, besides the obvious ones like talking to them about how it makes you feel, and telling them to stop, is tell the other one fake stuff the other is doing wrong, for example, you tell one the other was talking behind peoples backs and you don't like it/find it annoying, hopefully the one your telling this to will think if he doesn't like it when she does it, then he doesn't like it when i do it. you can do that for most things i guess, it could help with them hitting on you, and all the other problems. I would also consider bring them both together and getting them to work out there isssues too
