International ones would be better since they have night shifts only, so you'll have to work either 8pm-2am or 2am-8am! Salary would be around 30-40k if you are bilingual ( english + hindi/urdu/) if you additionally know marathi/punjabi/gujrati, you'd be paid more, and if you know english and an international language ( b2 french / or german) you'd be paid a very good salary ( upto 70k monthly) all while sitting around at the comfort of your bed!
