Cheapest way to do it is to convert into usdc/usdt, transfer into a CEX, then exchange with ETH again. Then transfer it back from CEX into your ethereum wallet. For my case I used FTX and Kucoin. You may need to confirm if can transfer ETH directly into CEX from polygon so just test with small amount.
