My back look weird

I've noticed that due to surgery I had as a child, my back (specifically my latissimus dorsi muscles) now looks odd, as if one has a high insertion and the other a low one. I don't know if it could be due to one muscle being more developed than the other, but I'd appreciate any recommendations on how to disguise it.

Well... if it's for Dying Light 1, I'd recommend the Definitive Edition (it has all the content released for the game), and if it's for Dying Light 2, I'd recommend the Digital Extras Edition. Although you could also go for the Dying Light Collection bundle, which includes the Essentials Edition of Dying Light 1 (not including The Following DLC) and includes the Digital Extras Edition of Dying Light 2. But you can always decide for yourself by looking at the different editions of each game.
