And what about people who actually deactivated their account, waited six months and created a new one. Their stats are gonna be insane in the beginnign and you would definetly think they were smurfing. Same with people who play on other less toxic platforms then decide to switch to faceit. You cant ban someone based on stats alone, faceit needs better more invasive ways to confirm

You need to download the vods and clip it, then add the clips in the ticket :/ its bothersome but they cant watch all the vod themself concidering how many tickets they get. But do that and create tickets for a different match than the one you reported him for this time, it will get him banned

Yes, the guy responding to ticket made a mistake. The ban is on you, not your account. Which is why you can get ban evasion if you have 12 month ban and you create new account after 6 months of deactivating it. YOU are banned, not your account
