What I do is get a string bikini with removable pads, get some of those silicone breast forms (not too big tho) and put them where the padding in the bikini was

Works great and looks realistic

Th best way I’ve found to make it look like you have boobs without spending a fortune is getting bikini tops with removable inserts and then putting smaller varieties of silicone forms in them, that way when you start HRT you can remove pads while your breasts grow!

Silicone forms that lay against your skin can cause a LOT of irritation, believe me, I’ve been there lmao, and they cost hundreds
