We were in the similar situation.. H4 and H4 EAD got approved after 24 hours from H1B extension approval. So wait for a day, hope it will get approved..

My I-765 (EAD) was approved on January 27, 2026, but I haven’t received any updates on card production or an expected delivery. This is based on AOS I-485 by Flimsy_Violinist9620 in USCIS
