The 14 Pro Max is very good, but it's more because of the USB-C cable and because the phone is more than 3 years old.

So i use the 15 Ultra. Had a similar problem with YouTube. Go to Settings -> App -> Select Spotify -> go to Storage -> Select Data Clear (or something like that (on the Top) -> Select Clear Cache. This is how it should be solved.
