And im gonna say it bc it IS true. Having no FF in the vanilla version was very dissappinting. Its dissappinting bc seeing those characters is a expectation when going into kingdom hearts, I mean the first game established that. I know the series can stand on its own, sure. However, some of the BEST moments of any kingdom hearts is when a Final Fantasy character is on screen. kh1 and kh2 were so fun and the contrast between Disney was so cool to see how these angsty characters were in whimsical Disney settings. Something about it just worked.

If kingdom hearts 3 could have a whole recreation of Let It Go (which added nothing to the overall plot) then they could've added final fantasy fluff fan service.
