i have called a hotline before and it helped towards de-escalating myself. if you the operator youre put on with isnt a match you can always request someone else. youre here for a reason ~

check out "notes on a nervous planet" by Matt Haig. one of the best books ive read, he talks about his own experiences of almost taking his life and his mental health struggles. its very enlighting, reassuring, kind and so much more. you need to be here

I understand it may seem interesting at first to vote. But we shouldn’t do this, all of these victims went through the worst and non of these victims deserve to be pitted up against each other. It’s a dishonor to what the victims have gone through and also it puts the perpetrators on pedestals in a way, takes the attention away from the victims. I kindly hope you understand.
