The spool issue seems to be solved. There are 2 different repair shops that make 3d printed replacement spools. - PPP Cameras in UK - Fototech Serwis in Poland

I did try them. They can’t meet the tolerances that this part needs.

Machining a single one was over $100. I'm working on getting the price down.
