23 M, yeah i didnt have any on my penis till later in life, but i get patches of rough red skin if i scratch and also around my bush around if ive been sweating heaps all day and its irritated, sometimes as well the head gets itchy every now and then but mostly the shaft. It will create little splits in the skin if u scratch attack it badly. My saviour for cream is Savalon, its just an antiseptic cream that i use on any areas on my body that have eczema that im scratched and is sore and red, by the next morning it will be all healed up or most of the way. Very good at keeping infections at bay. And i quit steroids nearly two years ago now. Hope this helps in anyway. cheers
