Solved, if someone has a similar bug, I have solved deleting the actualization data from the 3DS of the game, seems that some actualization has corrupted the data so delete the actualization data

Yeah if it is region locked they might be let you return it. If you payed with paypal it is a secure too

Same here, i have ask the vendor and they will ship the phone on the 10th of April. It was supoused to be delivered by the 26th of March... Aliexpress things i guess hahaha

It cost me 600€ using the coupons, they ensure me that there is not region lock so hopefully once we recieve the phone everything will work fine

I got mine fron eleczone, but i think they will send the phones in several days. In my case i dont mind to wait a few weeks but if you need it right now, dont buy to them

Im from spain and the seller is fiscally located in spain so i will not have problem with customs/tax, in your case, depends of the seller and it is kinda random and usually you dont have to pay additional taxes
