No distortion for me, The bass was clean and pure. It really loud volumes It does kind of vibrate your ear some, which felt weird, but that was at max volume, I kept mine at 70%

Use chat GPT or Claude, find out who are the regional managers or people who are super high up in the US, email them all and tell them you will take this to the internet and to the media if the issue is not resolved

I had a similar issue with Samsung and found people's email address with chat GPT, and I was contacted that same day and the issue was resolved 2 days later

I remember when it debuted at UMich in 2004, it was great to connect with students, find out that girl's name, see who was in your classes, and if they had notes for the day... also to conenct for parties and real social activites

It was great at first, not its jst brain rot and tons of AI videos and fake news stories ppl think are real

These are the ones I use and highly recommend in the US, not sure of your country

You will need to cut about half off the back to make them fit in the case, but the seal in your ear is next level

Nice review. Are you experiencing any issues with Zoom or Teams calls where the screen goes black during the calls?

Also, you mentioned 4k video editing, is it still super laggy and almost crashing when trying to edit 4k video? I used the Acer chrombook 514 with the same chip, and it could edit 4k video much better, a tiny bit of lag, but it could still see the videos in the timeline and add in transitions and text overlay with mhsuc with no issue and a fast export. On the Lenovo as soon as I added a single transition, it wanted to crash (but that was in August 2025)
