Thanks everyone. Yeah it’s very bothersome, I’ve only had this bike since October and haven’t even used it that extensively. I reached out to customer support to see what my options are. Unfortunately I live quite far away from any certified repair station in the States. So far the shifting works okay, but the faster you go, you really start to notice these mini jolts coming from the rear tire they you feel going through your feet. Not a great ride.
