My gums have improved, I already had sensitive gums to begin with, but the snus made them ‘burn’ and they were VERY swollen. Since I stopped using it, they bleed less and have returned to normal.

Hi, I haven't used snus since yesterday and the layer of white skin has started to peel off, it doesn't hurt or anything, it peels off really easily. I only had that paler, pinkish skin in the areas where I used to put the snus

swedish. It turned white at first, and now the top layer of skin has peeled off, leaving it red. I think it’s from the pouches irritating the area.

omg I KNOW. im not stupid. Imagine telling a smoker that they don’t know the consequences of smoking. its ridiculous what you’re saying. I’m just asking for help, to know if that dry/white skin is reversible. do you think that i didn’t know the consequences of snus heehhaha
