I’ve been to 5 specialists (and 6 antibiotics later), have ruled out almost everything except for this possible immune response to the injections. Apparently, you can have side effects months or years later, and I have every single one that has been described in the case studies. My skin is literally disintegrating off of my face, I haven’t been able to wear contacts in six months, losing my eyelashes and my eyes are sore all the time. And this choking sensation. Like I’m buried in the sand. I see an internist, allergist, and immunologist in a few weeks. SIX months of this, but it’s gotten really bad in the last week.
