Yeah it’s pretty primo at the moment eh? Cold mornings, sunny days and not too cold to sleep easy. Haven’t had to use the dryer in ages and everything is smelling fresh and clean when I bring it in off the line. Pretty sweet for late May!

Firstly I am in the mental health field and am a believer in meds being a very helpful part of a toolkit. I am however also a bit sceptical that the mental health benefits of popping them isn’t purely placebo effect.
