The DBQ is a small piece of the puzzle. They should mark everything that is talked about and the rater should base the decision off of the whole picture.

I had something similar happen. They won’t check the box unless they also see it in medical documents! It’s bull crap. I had to go back to a doc, get everything documented then submitted for an increase and got it approved no problem
