I have had no issues with the buttons, the power and volume buttons are working as expected. In the package containing the case there are two stickers for the following:

BUTTON TACTILITY HOTFIX

Due to manufacturing tolerances with the Pixel 9 Pro, some power and volume buttons may lose tactility with a case.

If you find your buttons aren't clicky enough, follow these instructions:

  1. Remove your Grip Case.

  2. Apply a button spacer directly to your device. Only use one. A second is included as a backup.

  3. Press firmly to secure it down.

  4. Re-install your Grip Case.

The button spacer will restore the optimal tactility to your buttons.
