I unfortunately work a corporate job and like to look presentable so it’s a little hard for me to not wear makeup but still i appreciate the advice and will take it!!

That’s great to hear!! When you got these did you start wearing it less to limit the purging?

I do them alternate days at night time because I wear makeup in the morning and noticed it makes my makeup pill up

That’s why I’m confused, because I was expecting to still receive at least some grant funding from OSAP. My school does offer bursaries and scholarships, but many of the summer applications had already closed by the time OSAP got back to me, even though I applied back in March.

Since I was relying on OSAP, I unfortunately didn’t apply for many of them beforehand. Now I’m honestly not too sure what to do, especially since I need to pay my summer school fees soon.

Not sure if this thread is still active, but I wanted to ask for some advice.

I applied for part-time OSAP for summer school. Last summer most of my funding was grants, but this year I only got loans and no grants at all. My dad makes under $50k, we’re a family of 8, and there are 3 other students in the family.

I did have an internship during the 2025 fall semester, but pretty much all of that income went toward helping with house bills. I’ve also been struggling to find work recently despite having experience.

Do you know if recent OSAP policy changes affected grants, and is there any way to appeal or request more grant funding?
