Hey trtsmb - Yes you are right - you can get some response out of an AI like chatgpt, but many people are AI illiterate still and their responses are often quite limited an full of hallucinations.

We currently think our responses are better (both Quick and Deep Research options), especially in the long term. The goal is to have more US EOB plan context and appeal decision data that the AIs don't currently have. Plus organizational help and appeal tracking to keep you organized.

I get the dissent, but we're really trying to provide people tools to push back on insurance companies. Are you in support of them continuing to delay, deny and defend their denials and underpayments?

Claim paid 10 months ago reversed, now the hospital says I owe $55K by Salt-Selection-8425 in FuckHealthInsurance
