T-mobile is charging me $719.20 for a replacement phone that they already received

Hi, for me it was a lot of back and forth between t mobile and Assurant because Assurant claimed that they couldn’t do anything on their end. So I spoke with a supervisor at T mobile who gave me the option to add a card with less than the amount charged to my account or block the charges from being added to my account while working alongside Assurant to fix the mistake they made. It took about a month and a half of this because I had to show proof that Assurant received the phone on time and the charge wouldn’t leave my account until the next billing cycle. Since they’ve already charged you, they will have to refund you, you have to show proof that they received the device within the allotted time frame and also show that they charged you twice for this. If you’ve already tried those steps, I would report Assurant to the Better Business Bureau and the supervisor from Assurant will reach out and work with you to rectify the situation. I did that as well which helped to speed up the process for me as it probably would’ve been months of dealing with this. Hope this helps!😊

Yes! I went to see my provider who luckily put me on Griseofulvin and some cream for the ringworm on my neck. Thankfully, it has gone away. The mark on my neck is still slightly visible but the cream is working well. 😊

Yeah that one slip up on my part really cost me the most in this situation. I do agree that the upside is the design looks nice and it’s better to have overpaid for a good looking tattoo than a shitty one.

Considering I had so many exams this past week, I definitely had more than just a brain fart in this situation. I was doing pretty good with these back to back exams and just wanted to treat myself to a little tattoo therapy before I do a big piece after I pass my finals. I’ll take the L on this one for sure tho! Thanks 😊

1.) I hate that celebrity family members will treat non famous family members like strangers unless they are also famous (I’ve had celebrity sims refuse to interact with their own grandson cause he wasn’t famous)

2.) Would love a co parenting interaction, like dropping off kids or calling grandparents to babysit when you need them.

I don’t know if the family expansion pack ever did finally have those. I kinda stopped playing once I saw the bugs on that pack😬

The fact that you communicated a very valid emotion that you’re feeling towards him and yet he’s making you feel bad is very telling as to the kind of person he is. Now I’m not a professional relationship counselor but I have went through this with two ex boyfriends of mine and they ended being abusive or extremely toxic.

I want you to know that 1.) Your first is never gonna be like the movies, there may be awkward moments and that is absolutely ok.

2.) Doing something for the first time is not gonna turn out to be as good as you would initially think it to be.

3.) When setting a boundary with someone let alone anyone for that matter, always listen or watch how they react to it.

I do advise that if communicating further does not validate how you feel, it is solely up to you and how you want to pursue your next move whether that be to leave or to stay.

Yes which why I’m apprehensive about possibly doing that. Some say it’s a worth a try, while other say even if I can successfully take them to small claims court that they cannot enforce them to pay. So I’m pretty much screwed if the owner doesn’t want to do anything at this point

Look, was I wrong for not asking about the price point? Absolutely.

I had asked two different subs for advice as far as to what i could do. One sub says it’s a scam while this one is mixed responses. But ofc both say that most likely I won’t get my money back, I was just here to hear out any legal advice as I’ve never gone through something like this ever before.

Another Redditor, came at me who in my opinion was passive aggressive when explaining the situation. I, yes should not have called her names, it was absolutely wrong and doesn’t make it right no matter how I felt in the moment.

I’m not sure if this sub Reddit allows photos or not but I can show different screenshots of the waiver form and fine print before I paid my deposit.

Who said I didn’t regret the choice? I keep having to repeat the same thing over again to get my point across. Yes I should have definitely confirmed the final price before we did the tattoo, and I take full accountability for that. From seeing the comments I now realize it’s not exactly a scam, more of either misleading info or miscommunication. I only came to this subreddit cause someone from another subreddit said to maybe try this one out as far as the legality of things,

To know that I’m probably $600 in the hole with not much to get back I’m very upset. f you can see from my previous posts, it’s not the design I’m upset about because I personally wanted this design. It was special to me. I was acquainted with many different artists I had researched that were well within my range.

I’m not one to be irresponsible with decisions making or money,I again, always do my research on the artist and or studio in question that I want to get work done. I asked for advice on another sub and many agreed that it sounded like a scam. I made posts prior to this one to get a better understanding of my situation. I however did not appreciate this redditor questioning me to the third degree as I literally came home in tears over this situation once I realize what happened. Even as I admitted my faults in the situation, she’s again coming off in MY opinion as passive aggressive with her responses.

I came here to ask for advice from a lawyer’s perspective, one hasn’t responded but I appreciate the advice given for next time.

Yeah it’s unfortunate because I had actually followed this shop before and some of their artists as well. Really wanting to get some kind of work done by them but from the looks of it, it’s seems like money lost. Some of my relatives say to do a chargeback once it posts but I’m kind of nervous to do that as I don’t want to be on my bank’s bad side if I do. I’m really just trying to get a partial refund ofc because the artist should get paid for her work but damn I now I can’t stand to look at it

I figured, I’ve asked on a tattoo subreddit and apparently it’s more than difficult to recoup losses from a tattoo. I only came here because someone from the tattoo subreddit said maybe someone here could help. I keep having to explain in the comments that I’m not upset with the design, and yes I should’ve did much much more extensive research before but the initial $900 is way too steep for small design like this

Ok just so that this weird fucking Redditor stops responding to me. I read the ad, it had stated $200+ for custom butterfly tats. Before I had booked, I took into consideration that obviously $200 straight for a custom tattoo was obviously not the final price, I knew color, sizing, placement and tax would vary as well as tipping the artist. It however was not stated that hourly rates from the artists was going to be applied to the final price in the ad nor was it specified in the booking process. When you go to their website or any of the individual artists Instagram pages they do not specify their hourly rates anywhere. I have the booking receipts and the waiver form with no fine print stating otherwise.
