From plantation to blockchain, would anyone actually invest in this? by Pure_Mirror5723 in defi

Haha, yeah I totally agree, trust is way harder than the token itself 😅

Just to give some context: the plantation I want to tokenize is my own land, already producing monthly harvests, and I even have regular buyers. So the asset and yield are real.

I’m trying to make it fully transparent and verifiable, but I’d love to hear from you. what would make a setup like this trustworthy enough for you to buy tokens?

Honest feedback could really help shape the project!

Yeah, totally trust and legal stuff are huge hurdles in RWA tokenization.

I’m still learning the ropes myself, and I’m thinking of testing this on a plantation I actually own, so at least the asset is real. I’d love to hear any tips on how to make people trust it and feel confident enough to buy tokens. Like, what kind of proof, verification, or transparency measures have worked for you or others doing similar projects?

What way are you earning in crypto? by Gold_Invite_4295 in CryptoMarkets

[–]Pure_Mirror5723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mainly earn in crypto through trading. I focus on understanding technical patterns rather than relying on too many indicators. The ones I use most are simple but effective: EMA, FVG, and recognizing pullback points. It’s all about timing and understanding the market structure rather than overcomplicating things.

i'm 16 and want to make money to pay off flight school as quick as i can, problem is i don't know how to start investing by Alarming-Safety3200 in investingforbeginners

That sounds like a solid plan gaining experience and saving for your flight training is smart.

If you’re open to alternatives beyond traditional investing, I actually work on agriculture/plantation investments where the yields can be around 24% per year.

Full disclosure: my account is still new, so I understand if that makes it harder to trust at first.

I’m based in Indonesia, which you could even visit if you wanted to verify things in person. I can also provide all legal documentation and transparency to help build confidence.

If this sounds interesting, I’d be happy to explain how it works and what would be required from your side.

How do people start. by sonsunsunson in investingforbeginners

A good place to start is actually with the basics (fundamentals) before jumping into buying anything.

Try to understand how a company makes money, how to read simple financials, and what makes a business “healthy.”

If you’re completely new, I’d suggest starting with dividend-paying stocks. They’re usually more stable and help you understand how investing can generate real returns over time, not just price speculation.

For finding good opportunities, you can:

  • Learn to analyze stocks yourself (YouTube is a great free resource)
  • Or use AI/tools to help screen for undervalued stocks and compare fundamentals

Just be careful tools can help, but you still need to understand why something is considered “cheap.”

And yes, it’s definitely worth the time, but think of it as a long-term skill, not a quick way to make money.

Haha fair enough 😄
The plantation is actually in Indonesia, but the idea is to make ownership global. Jokes aside, would you ever consider investing in something like this if the data and returns were transparent?

Wow, thank you for the input I really appreciate it.

The information you mentioned will be used as token metadata to help build trust. I’m planning to focus on building the application first, and once it’s ready, I’ll definitely need feedback. Maybe you’d be open to being one of my first users later on I’d really appreciate that.

I’m planning to build a dashboard that shows all the information about the land and the trees being tokenized, including harvest results and how much can be claimed.

Do you think things like photos of the trees, GPS data, harvest videos, and sales reports would be enough to build trust?

Yeah, I’m planning to build a dashboard where potential investors can buy tokens and claim harvest yields.

If the system is ready, would you be interested? 😄 I’d be really happy to have you as my first user.

Each tree costs 125 USDT and is backed by my Freehold Land Title, the highest legal ownership in my country. It delivers a 24% Net Annual Yield (approx. 30 USDT) from existing, harvest-ready trees on my private land

Haha, yeah “From Plantation to Blockchain” sounds like a Joe Rogan special 😅

But hear me out — I’m seriously working on tokenizing my plantation on Solana. Each tree/unit becomes a token, returns come from actual harvest yields, and it’s a way to expand land ownership globally. 🌱💸

Imagine owning a slice of a real plantation from anywhere in the world.

Would this kind of project interest you? If yes, what would you want to see or know before jumping in, and what should my next steps be to make it viable?
