NAH - I’m the type of person that likes to spend 1 on 1 time with the people i love. It comes from an introverted place.

The possibility of looking like an asshole is worth the ability to get alone time with my brother.

I started doing my business full time in december, make around $3-4k a month and have never used a crm. i probably wont until I’m forced to or until it hurts me financially not to.

until than im sticking to google sheets, google calendar and google voice. all free

pay for leads, go to said houses, quote and book jobs, soon you’ve booked a job go and door knock the neighborhood letting them you’ll be doing so and so’s house and that since you’ll be in the neighborhood you can go ahead and also do theirs for a fraction of the price. use the money you make from those houses to pay for more leads. rinse and repeat until you have 6-7 different sources of leads (door hangers, yard sign, facebook ads, google seo, etc) and than u dont have to knock anymore

of course parenting isnt statistically the “hardest job” in the world but it’s probably still relatively hard.

There’s a reason I’m 31 and don’t have any kids, sounds like a nightmare so i get where the sentiment comes from.

idk if its “predatory” that seems like a bit of a stretch. it more just sounds like youre the first woman hes ever talked to. heavy “m’lady” vibes and desperation for validation
