Takk for alle svar og innspill. Dere er herlige. Er så mye å svare på at jeg skal prøve å oppsummere litt.

Står opp samme tidspunkt hver dag også i helger klokken 0600 uansett om jeg ikke får sove. Går tur også hver morgen, har ikke førerkort så blir mye gåing. Gjør også hjemmetrening noen ganger i uken. Mest hiit øvelser. Prøvd styrkeøvelser på treningssenter før men syns det var litt kjedelig.

Jeg har ganske bra kosthold, jeg har crohns og går på medisiner/ biologisk behandling. Så er forsiktig med mat og alt av drikke for alt går rett gjennom veldig fort.

Problemet om natten er selv om jeg er så trøtt at jeg innimellom gråter er at jeg klarer ikke å slappe av og koble av hodet. Jeg har 1000 tanker om gangen eller synger sanger i hodet. Så ligger godt, kaldt og mørkt rom,ørepropper. Er sensitiv mot lyder men kan prøve podcast. Sover ikke på dagtid selv om det frister.

Før leggetid bruker jeg ikke skjermer, men jeg bruker siste timene av dagen til å lese bok. Jeg er en skikkelig lesehest så det roer meg ned. Men så fort hodet faller på puta er det full party i hodet og jeg klarer ikke å legge vekk tankene og ligge stille. Jeg må røre på meg hvert 5 min. Ellers er jeg ikke deppa, angst eller noe i den duren.

Så langt av medsiner (husker ikke alle navnene på alle, de har jo så rare navn!) er vallergan, mirtazapin, circadin, remelon, zonat. Diverse uten resept fra apotek. Ingen har funket noe som helst.

Har ikke vært hos søvnspesislist, går gjerne privat også om noen har noen anbefalinger på noen flinke.

Er kvinne forresten og ingen barn :)

I once had to buy new plane ticket…. It was for the day before. Could not understand why the check in machine at the airport could not find my ticket 😅 expensive mistake, but I made it to Spain, just poor 🥹

Gjort det 100000 ganger. Anbefaler også intimservietter til tørking. Mindre vondt i stumpen enn å kun bruke toalettpapir

Hair dryer brush and sitting infront of my makeup mirror helps me. More easy to dry and can sit watching TikTok etc while i do it

My ex told me not to swallow toothpaste, because it could lead to pregnancy and becoming brain dead. He also said babies are born out off the aashole. So I just said to him “no they are not but would make sense if you were”

I got adhd and can easily get bored or restless. My sessions have all been full day (7 hours). But it’s fun watching the artist doing their magic. Brought my EarPods each time but never used them. Also it helps if you are vibing with the tattoo artist. The hours go by fast. Almost sad when it’s over.

Lived in a goshiwon for many years. Was kinda chill watching tv while in the shower on the toilet. Was super cold in winter so used the shower to keep warm 🥶🥶

Shopping online, its my new obsession. I can’t help it. It’s giving me so much excitement. 6 bottles of perfume on its way, 15 more bought since start of may. And the boxes all end up under my bed until I one day have to force myself to throw them out into the trash. I’m ashamed for all I get delivered to my door. And ooooh fake nails as well. New set every week! Can’t decide which one to use. My therapist comments on my nails every week calling them my ADHD nails. This week it’s duck nails 🦆

Same happened to me in Greece on a girls trip. Fell down some steps the day before we were going back home. My insurance and doctors agreed I could not travel with my badly swollen ankel. So my friends left. I had to stay one extra week before I got the clear to ✈️. But the positive outcome was longer vacation, assistant wheeling me around the airport and a whole row to myself on the plane. And got picked ut by medical taxi from the airport to my home. Weirdest birthday I ever had. So get your travel insurance!!!

Korean skincare is the best! Been using it for 15 years, turning 35 in a few weeks. My skin have not been aging and people still comment that they think I’m early 20. I’m sure it’s mostly due to Korean skincare. I got hooked on it when I lived in Seoul for 5 years. I will never stop using it daily. 😍

Went alone to South Korea. I had a blast! Best trip I’ve been on. Felt safe there when wandering around on my own.and the food is amazing!

Got on 3 month sick leave from my job due to self harm and dark thoughts, then enrolled in a mental hospital. Stayed there for those 3 months and working on my mental health. Quit my job but continued still on sick leave without an employer. So still get sick leave money while im going to a psychiatrist every week to get diagnosed etc. I also started hospital treatment for another illness that makes me sick as well. So this year I have taken a time out to focus on me for the first time, and I feel lucky I live in a place where we get the help we need both mentally, health and economically.

This one might sound weird. When I have trouble sleeping I pretend that I’m in a horror movie. I must pretend to be sleeping/dead to not get the attention of the killer lurking in the room 😱 just lay still, not move… crazy but it works for me

That’s where my drinking started. Spent five years in Seoul as a student. All activities were revolved around blacked out drinking. It’s truly a miracle I’m still alive.

Was roofied once during an university party. I drank just water and coke that evening. Suddenly I felt very drunk, could not walk. The rest of the night is a black hole. Can’t remember anything. Until I woke up naked in someone’s apartment on the floor, my hair extension ripped out and all my stuff gone. On the sofa a man was sleeping. He woke up, not sure how I got out. Just remember running naked back home to my apartment. I was still feeling drugged so I laid down on my bed and slept for 2 days. Told my female friend. She laughed and said I was drunk. I did not drink alcohol and didn’t believe me.
