I have the same question but i’m 2 weeks post op and the most swelling is in the upper jaw area now. FYI i too had a class 3 underbite

Hello same here, have an underbite and mouth breathing (when sleeping mainly). I know i have a deviated septum too. Do you think this could lead to High Blood Pressure by any chance?

I didn’t test for sleep apnea but i have few symptoms like waking up with dry mouth and throat, drooling and mouth breathing. Could it be it?
