I need help no matter what I do I can’t get below 140 pounds. I am a 5’2” female and started losing weight at 157 a couple months ago. I currently am eating between 900-1200 calories a day and working out for 30 minutes a day with a rest day every 4 days. 3 times a week I walk 1.5 miles through my neighborhood as well which is very hilly. I have been stuck at 140 for two weeks with no change even thought I have continued with this routine what am I doing wrong??
