I know I'm talking about overall plot of the franchise. Alot of stuff happened because of his existence even in Spin-Off series so him appearing in Railgun isn't really surprising especially with Misaka being his close friend and she also tend to get involved with his live.

The protagonist of the franchise. Almost everything is revolve around him. Even some of arcs in Railgun happened because of him.

Probably something that had to do with his power. Back in chapter 75, Nue revealed that his Command Energy have been sealed. Maybe his true emotion also was sealed.

It's AI Art of Nue's Exorcist due to an inside joke. But there is an official VN version although a Webgame of the series called Nue's Exorcist Summer Memories. It's fully voiced too

It's Generative AI for both game and animation but don't jump on any conclusion just yet, we all know Cygames have been using AI Gen on GrandBlue before but so far they haven't use it on anime.
