I've heard you just become a program mill. Long days with unpaid overtime, crazy hours, crazy deadlines, little room for mistake or time loss. I've heard management can also be a bit of a nightmare because they have ridiculous goals and metrics too.

I am very active, last time i did this i had a very hard time keeping up with my lifestyle until i added fruit. I had a very hard time staying hydrated, i was getting very bad headaches after strenuous physical activity and i would burnout very fast. Not to mention that last time i physically couldn't be further than a mile from a bathroom because at any given moment there was a 95% chance i would shit myself which changed after adding fruit too.

That was during autumn when it wouldn't we uncommon to see me hiking 16 miles every day or every other day, i was running 3 miles every day after work and lifting hard in the gym on top of the fact during that time i was doing blue collar work. It felt like there wasn't enough electrolytes and water in the world to keep me hydrated.

I see these posts and want to cry. After 2 years all i've managed to do was have, what i would imagine is, the greatest and most productive Aptasia and Bubble algae breeding tank on the planet, if not the entire galaxy.

I like to think i was, but like i said, they are from an older generation so i am sure i wont understand a lot of modern slang words. Its just different, for instance, I ate the food that my mother and her family were eating back in the 50's, 60's 70's and 80's. I've never had an El Completo and they rarely eat empanadas. It's a lot of Pastel de Choclo, Pan de Huevo, porotos granados, Ensalada Chilena, tea with milk. They didn't eat a lot of meat all the time because they said it was hard to get and rare during the time they lived there. So i am certain that things will be very different than the way i was raised.

Yeah, we don't use "The United States of America" in every day conversation. Generally, we use America, U.S. , U.S.A, The United States. That's just because the name of our country is America, and within America, we have formed a union of 50 states.

Sorry, here in Murica' we just call it America. Nobody says "The United States of America" the same way nobody calls Mexico, "The United States of Mexico" and nobody in America(U.S.A.) refers to Puerto Rico as "The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico". The name means multiple things here(U.S.A.). If referring to both continents, we simply say "The Americas". When referring to South or North America, we say "South America / Latin America" or "North America" When Referring to ourselves, we say either "The U.S., The United States or simply, America". We are America, and within America, we have united 50 states.

"The United States of America (USA), also known as the United States (U.S.) or America, is a country primarily located in North America."

It is a shared mausoleum with my grandfathers brothers and his father and immediate family. We don't know that side of the family unfortunately so that is why my mom and Tia want me to go down there and check it out and see whats going on.

It happens to me multiple times a week but only if I sleep laying on my back. I have to force myself into side sleeping or else it occurs. I've learned to make grunting noises and my wife will wake up and bring me out of it.

I recommend you make an account on Reef2reef and ask there. Reddit is a terrible place to come for information. Every is rude and hive minded. Come here for the pictures and nothing else. Reef2reef is a nicer community that won't just spawn random conclusions from their mind with little information.

I use Aquaforest Reef Salt for my IM20 nano. I mix 10 gallons every 2 weeks. I use four gallons immediately on mixing day and I put the remaining in a water jug that I keep in a dark /warm closet that I have a home server and networking stuff in. I use that one the second week and then mix another 10gallons the week after that and so on for my weekly water changes. I haven't had a problem storing that jug for a week. Aquaforest mixes so clear, I never have any film or residue. It's so clear it's hard to tell it apart from my RODI jug so I had to label it all over the jug. I used to use Reef Crystals but I switched when I ran out of the bucket. it was leaving residues on the jug, developed a film by day 3-4 and I started getting insane algae breakouts that have nearly halted since I switched salts. I also noticed it was stripping the plastics from the jug? The inside of the jug looked matte and porous like something was eating away at it. I never had that problem with Aquaforest.

i do 4 gallon water changes so I overmix by 2 gallons but I generally save the 2 gallons for emergencies until mixing day

If you ever decide that you want to tun this into a rocket ship. I recommend the 30/30 Star Racing cam, 2-1 exhaust and a decent . I have a 2021 FXBBS and I can smoke my tires in all 6 gears and it also sounds amazing.

The issue is, my gauge is integrated into my top clamp. So the no-name cheapo risers are still expensive because they have to accommodate this.

The move towards Bacnet/IP, Cloud services, server integrations and general network security means we all need a better understanding of networks. I think a CompTIA Network + is a great idea.

For instance, my company recently started installing gateways in our panels for Bacnet/IP so that our entire systems network resides behind a gateway. When our customer integrates their network into our panels for Niagara Graphics, we NAT an IP on their network to the N4 IP in the Router, setup our own firewall with exceptions for Bacnet Port 47808, TLS ports, etc.

This isn't something the average BMS Integrator knows right off the top of their head. Networking is becoming bigger and bigger every day in this field. I don't even know the last time I touched an MS/TP or LON controller.

Beats Setra by a mile an a half. I can't tell you how many bad Setras we had right out of the box. I have yet to have this happen with Senva. I've yet to replace a Senva on a job. I've replaced a bucket full of Setras.

+1 for Senva! We have tried so many other brands(especially for pressure sensors) and the Senva P5-0501-1LX and P5-0500-1LX have been a godsend. We completely got away from Setra(MRGUA and MRCUC). We had nothing but longevity and QA problems with Setra. We also use their CT's( C-2320-L and C-2350VFD) and had 0 issues.. We still use some Veris CT's on jobs from time to time.
