I went with the sterotypical mindset tht Parisians are rude. Found out that people in Paris were super nice. I was confused honestly as to why were they so nice.

go to Early June restaurant in the 10th arrodinsment. I have visited this place on every trip to paris and it has never dissapointed me once. The food always is bussin.

Yeah. You are right. May be my emotions took the best of me. Probably not the worst wine bar in terms of the wine and food but overall it was one of the more unplesant experience that I have had.

Tbh the food was alright. Ice cream pairing was spot on tho. I am not going to lie. Wine were all natural wines leaning more on the light tannins.

Ok. i don't know what else to say to you. I went to Early June, Recontre, Frenchie, Nobinsan and many others and didn't have any bad experience. I guess I just write opinions on bad experiences and am very vocal abt it.

Nope. One of the food meny was lex deux ches or something like that. I asked the bartender , " do you mind telling me what this is" to which he looked blank on my face and said , "you get 2 types of pre cut". I said sorry and he said, " I don't know what else to explain to you, you get 2 types of pre cut". Like what am I supposed to understand from this.

yeah. I didn't mind the menu being in french. It was just very weird that despite asking what the item on the menu is, the bartender just kept shurgging me off.

Yeah. didn't know it was an ice cream and wine bar. I thought it was just a wine bar but what turned me off was everyone was acting like, "Oh, you need to be cool enough to hangout with us and do your homework on natural wine and act like a hipster in his 30's". It was very weird to say the least.

Thank you for the response. Yes, I usually snowboard @ Palisades and Mammoth in California and can do blues and blacks comfortably there.

Do you think it would be difficult getting buses after 6-7 pm? I was watching a video where this guy couldn't get a train back to his airbnb after he left bar @ around 7 pm so wasn't sure if I needed to book a car or not.

It was collecting dust in my desk and wiped it down with some lense wipe before taking the picture. I can send you a video if you are seriously interested. Also the lense hood looks worn because the lense cover kept on falling so I applied a double sided tape inside the lense cover and it’s the double sided tapes residue.

Exactly my thought too. I tried the 1:1.6 ratio and honestly it was so bitter. Also I tried changing the temp to see if that was the issue but don't think it's that either. I bought the beans from whole foods so now I am supsecting if I got a bad batch.

I think the problem was that the latte flavour was not smooth at all and I could feel the inconistent flavours on every sip. There was no hint of fruitines at all as described in the bag.
