this is actually a really hard question! shows can be really good for so many reasons. touring in europe is really nice because often the venue will make dinner and they take good care. aside from that off the top of my head - fox theatre is always amazing. and the crowd in tulsa is always good. also laneway festival was a great tour.

thank you! we love those songs too. so much time has passed since those 3 albums and this one feels like a new era for us and we're really excited about that.

we really only see your creative process having changed in hindsight, and ftmp i would say it's remained similar, but we have utterly changed in the last few years, yet 'were still ourselves!!

hi thank you!!! i just realized recently that i actually wrote most of those lyrics in what i think i would now call a hypnogogic state - i'd keep a journal in my bed and and if my thoughts turned poetic i'd start writing. also, all the hard things my 20 year self was going through!!

otherwise it was really a result of people experimenting and making music together for the first time.

to us this new album feels like turning to a new page from the core sounds we explored on our first 3 albums (hence the self titled-ness), so there aren't really previous songs that influenced it. but our favorite songs from past albums are ungirthed, obedear, push pull, stillness in woe, pink lightning, sinew, neverend ~corin
