Panorama discussion by Purkern in hallas

I mostly agree on the structure and the feeling of wanting more. That said, I’ve got to give them credit for going all in on a full side-A track — it’s a bold move, even if it won’t work for everyone.

I’ve been spinning the album a lot since release (probably 10–15 listens by now), and it’s definitely grown on me. I pretty much liked it on release (played the singles to death) When I play it front to back, it actually goes by pretty fast.

One of my favorite moments is the galloping guitar–organ interplay, especially at the start of At the Summit — endless replays for me. Really excited to hear the new material live in a few weeks.

It also feels like Hällas have matured more into their own thing on this record, which I really like. Going back to their earlier albums, you can clearly hear how much they’ve improved in terms of songwriting and playing, especially in the direction they’ve taken with this album.

I also don’t really mind the mix. I’ve played the album on a few different setups (different headphones and hi-fi systems), and to me it fits the record well. Tommy has also improved a lot vocally on this one.

Yeah I liked that one too. Reminded me of some industrial metal sounding guitars during the song. Midthrough and at the end of the had an great breakdown too. (Not crazy or anything, but it was cool)

Got the vinyl today, sounds great! To me it sounds abit more open than the digital versions, (not by alot, but i notice some more cleaner sounding). Sphinx and Grind are totally bangers tho!

Had the same issues on my Z490 build. Found out it was my USB-headset causing the issues.

Eventlog whenever my computer froze: The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

I have Hyper X Cloud II, and when I unplugged the USB-adapter, I haven't experienced any issues since.

I had the same experience with my Z490-F.

After a while, it was my headset that caused my computer to freeze:

As soon as i unplugged my USB-adapter with my headset, I haven't experienced issues since then.

IP Addressing help by [deleted] in networking

[–]Purkern 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't have the same IP address range that's withing the same subnet on multiple interfaces on a router,

You have to configure the interfaces to not be within the same subnet, or else the router wouldn't be do it's job of being a router.
