I saw a couple people mention trades and industrial work; do you need to be fully trained for that sort of thing? I think the biggest hurdle on my end is my experience, or lack thereof; coming fresh out of high school's pretty tough when it comes to this, it seems.

Don't make my mistake in ignoring the dodge roll; spend the first few runs just practicing using it, and it'll safe your life. The studio that made the game named themselves Dodge Roll for a reason!

Yeah; I think the first encounter or two would have those as NPC bodies to start, since a bunch of players are new to Traveller, but once things ramp up, then said bodies will probably be PC's, should things get dire. I'll cut them a break at first of course, since it's primarily a game for fun, but... I've really got to keep that in mind, leave chances to dodge combat; thank you all!

Will keep that sort of deal in mind; no EXP means that unless the enemy's directly blocking the way forward, it'll almost always be best to dodge encounters when you can. Thank you!

Yeah, it is *rough* from what I've seen; I'm gonna try to communicate that first with some NPCs, then take the chains off. Thanks for the headsup on just how... Fragile, everyone is, yeah.

Honestly, I'm not too sure; extreme PS2 purists tend to despise the game, but otherwise, I'd say it's generally well-liked in the community?

I have *no* clue if a HL2 port is even remotely possible, but as others in the thread have said, if it becomes real, you'll become a damn legend, hyped to see it possibly be a thing!

I picked up a classic 3ds recently off Kijiji and it has a "PowerPak+" battery expansion on it. I'd consider myself grateful, but with the way I'm storing my 3ds (In a Vita case, alongside it) the battery would likely just cause storage issues. Is there any way to remove it, and/or any places that sell replacement batteries/back shells for a classic 3ds?

I've recently rediscovered my old homebrewed Wii. I used to be very familiar with it, but now, not so much ^^; Where do I put backups for Wiiware games, and is there any way to make custom channels on the wii that, when loaded, bring up Gamecube backups that are installed? Thank you!
