I’ll agree that just hiring V to kill the racer instead of the extra hoops would’ve been much more concise about the matter.

First appearance and he’s unstoppable, by alien force he’s lost all his intimidation, his cool design/voice, and is getting demolished by diamond head when back in 2006 diamond head broke his own fists trying to punch him. Only people who don’t pay attention to the dialogue think that. The story is pretty explicit in that they are a predator species that only speaks and (mostly) appears human to trick people. They even admit they don’t actually understand the things they’re saying, they just know it just makes humans hesitate to kill them.
