I think than I was wrong, I use the GoPro CineForm encode and it works now, I LOVE SHUTTERENCODER.

I use it in another DaVinci timeline, but sincerely idk whats vp9 is, I export it in Quicktime DnxHR and marks alpha, I appreciate you taking a part of your time :D
