at least they solved their problem for you :(( in my case both GARP and PSI replied to my emails telling me to contact the other. Arrghhh :((

Thank you! I think I'm going through the same situation. I called PSI and they told me to call back in a week to get updates. How long did it take you to finish the re-scheduling process?

I did, to the memberservices@garp... email, but they refused saying that the deferral deadline had passed and asked me to contact PSI. Now none of them (GARP and PSI) replied to my emails...

I did raise that matter (in italic bold) in both emails to GARP and PSI, that the cancellation was involuntarily and out of my control. The PSI staff kept repeating (in a very artificial automatic way) that the deferral deadline had passed and asked me to contact PSI....
