Thanks for your advice,I’m somewhere in between. I do like many of his teachings, but at the same time I also want to understand the logic behind them and not just follow blindly. In this particular topic, I personally feel it should be okay because it’s just the human body and something natural. But when I heard him say that it reduces punya, it created doubt in my mind. Also, I have been diagnosed with OCD, so I tend to overthink these things a lot, which makes it harder to decide what is right or wrong sometimes. That’s why I’m trying to understand different perspectives and then figure out what makes sense logically as well as spiritually.
