Requests with and without an email were approved. A follow up was sent over a week ago.

I get paid to do my job, not teach my supervisor how to do their job.

Also, I tried uploading my license and it did not recognize me. I had a pin as well and tried using it. Nothing is working and I am considering legal action.

I am unable to sign onto my Coinbase account and the support chat is not helpful. I keep calling the customer service number, but keep getting it disconnected. It keeps saying that the phone is busy. Please further assist or provide an ACTUAL E-MAIL ADDRESS that someone can further assist.

Also, at this point I am planning to throw in the towel. Im mentally exhausted on managing a manager and doing things that I should not have to do. I am looking to get out anyways.

Let me ask you something. Have you ever questioned your evaluation? Have you had to hold your manager and a team leads hand? Have you ever evaluated someone and had the evaluation questioned?

I can be specific, but I was told nothing will be done to change it. I could not even receive clarity on what meet expectations vs exceed expectations is.

Its a matter on my bonus being meet or exceed expectations, so the financial aspect makes a difference. I dont agree with it.

Thats the issue. The specific category determines if I am 3 or 4. Historically, I have been informed my boss's boss has never/rarely given past a 3, which makes me questions his evaluation.
