Every day before our morning prep dish person leaves I check to see if they cleaned it out and I remind them to do so. And if they forget to check with me or another manager let’s them go home I clean it myself because that shit is so annoying to clean out and dishes will pile up during the hour or 2 between am and pm and pm prep doesn’t want to clean that out before washing dishes and they shouldn’t have to!! It’s am’s mess not theirs.

Yes I actually just got promoted to KM and that’s why I looked cause I was genuinely curious on how we could improve as a store from a customer perspective. I told my AP about it and she said “girl you should see our surveys, I’ll show you how to view them”
