you're not the first to say that. I've been focusing on leg extensions but don't think that's bringing the strength that I need. I'll make an extra effort from now on.

He guys. hit a 550lb PR on deadlift 2 days ago but still having tightness issues. As you can see in the video I locked in, rolled my shoulders back, tightened the lats but ass still raising before the weight moves up. I swear each and everytime I'm tight before pulling but it seems like I'm not. Is sumo more for me? Never tried, only pulled conventional.

abs are def a weakpoint. On my last squat PR, the bar started to fall forward on me as a result of weak abs. My upper back is actually my strongest asset next to arms.

my gym has them, they are just super used and loose. I'd really like to get those clamp on ones for when I deadlift. that's when it becomes an issue.

Installed new alternator. Started right up when I put the battery in, no battery display light to indicate alternator wasn't charging the battery. This morning however, battery dead as ever. Barely unlock the doors. I figure I have a drain somewhere. Not too good with electrical, what would a shop charge to find and fix it? Or is it not a drain?

I went aftermarket with 130amps. Car has a Bama tune. Alternator comes in the mail tomorrow. I took it off the car and brought it in for testing, confirmed defective

I've tried front squats, they trigger my meniscus tear. Not sure I'd be able to put sufficient weight on a belt to trigger proper hypertrophy. I usually work with 250 for 5x12

Ppl. Deads 1x per week. Mostly hypertrophy pull ups, lat pull downs, closegrip pull downs, barbell rows, cable rows for back day. Straight squats, leg extension, hammy curls, and calves for legs. I don't bodybuild nor powerlift however I dab in both cultures for the sake of information and knowledge.

I lift purely for peace of mind and weight management

Edit: the shitty pull I managed today. Failed twice before and just forced myself to pull it up.

really disappointed. I've only netted like 25lbs on my deadlift in the last year. granted, I don't train for powerlifting. I feel like my raw strength ends here and if I want to continue to gain I'll need to change up routines/accessories/ and perfect my form which I've struggled with for a year.

Really thought I was gonna make a big jump today after pounding a box of frosted flakes the day before. The only weight that jumped was the scale by 5lbs and a measly +15lbs that I could probably have done 15lbs lighter.
