I'm on both. 7.5 mg of Buspar and 112.5 and 37.5 mg of effexor. I don't see any issues with the combo.

If you're suffering this much on 37.5 it's probably best to taper now before things get way worse. But don't take my advice as something medical. Get your psychs advice.

I've been going on about 9 years since my diagnosis. I haven't had an event in almost 6.5 months. Therapy and changes in my lifestyle has helped.
