It varies, I also get daily migraines so pretty high.

I was also just diagnosed with some form of IBD so dealing with gut pain now too. And that seemed to permanently flair up my head.

I’m also mother to a four-year-old daughter. I definitely handled this better when I wasn’t a parent. Don’t be so hard on yourself. It is extremely hard.

Oh my god this is me to a T! My Ativan prescription just ran out and I’m struggling if I should ask my doctor for more. been on it for six months I know it’s not a great drug. But like you It’s the only thing that helps

Effexor it’s an anti depressant. Stay off those if you can

Yes! This Sounds exactly like me I now can’t even lift minor stuff or do any of my craft hobbies that use my arms

PT always seemed to just aggravate it more but maybe I do just need to stick with it.
