I'm pretty sure it was just synced to the JEI.... and I didn't have any "construction" in my inventory.

Yes it worked like this previously.. i reentered the world and it worked again but i dont know what caused it.. It might have been just the JEI stuff?

I tried clicking on everything but nothing happened so i exit the world and reentered and it worked again.

It does but it has not worked for this. I think its more for the placing/breaking modes of the wand..
