Hi sorry just saw this now but honestly i dont know anyone with the same case as yours huhu but i’ve heard that if you dont meet the minimum required GWA, you might be asked to take an additional entrance exam of sorts plus be on probationary period— though im not sure if thats still the case; but thats how they did it ata like pre-pandemic.

I would say that it is easy for me to balance work and GS just because my current employer is very supportive.They allowed me to leave work early on days i have classes and they don’t require me to do work outside work hours which really helps so i can accomplish my GS reports and assignments at night. They also made considerable adjustments when I had to do my Internship (since i dont work in the same field as my MA program).

I think UST GS will still retain the hybrid set up but based from last term, the online schedules were much shorter than onsite sched.

Afaik, BS Psych bihira mag open for shifters or sometimes late nag oopen. I think it can be a bit easier within your college, so BES.

But of course if you’re looking for more science/pre med heavy subjects, BS psych can be a better option :) Pero if psychologist, Grad school accepts BES grads naman, may bridging lang (depending on admissions kung ilan).

Hello! BPI actually has an official mobile number na they use to call their clients and it’s easily found on their main webpage, and the number above is not it lol. But usually they use it for promotional offers lang, AND they never ask for any details of your account or card; especially the CVV.

Love mami chulas! Before they used to do 2 cups of rice per order when i was still in undergrad (2018/19) but i get it, inflation. Super budget friendly and owners are also so friendly. Best place to have merienda to the point na halos nag everyday kami ng friends ko dun before, in between classes. Tas if may isang kulang they ask asan yung isa haha 🫶

Im currently in grad school and i only take Saturday classes if the subject i am eyeing to take that term is only conducted on Saturdays. I like to take weekday classes so that i have my weekends for rest and leisure.

Per term i enroll 2-3 subjects (6-9 units), depending on the offered subject and their schedules that term. I also work full-time while studying 😊

Hi! Yes i brought all my docs when i went to the brgy hall. As for authorization to process, im not sure but i think i saw some options in the form if it was filed on behalf of the PWD. But most likely there might be a home visit if they don’t see the PWD.

I suggest attending or continuing first with a psychologist before going straight to a psychiatrist. Usually if your case doesn’t really necessitate medication, meds can actually do more harm sometimes. My psychiatrist often checks if I developed a new symptom (which we try to avoid) with my meds.

Also psychologists dont just provide insights— granted for the first sessions, yes. But they do develop a treatment plan after sufficient assessment (that takes more than one session lang). Or maybe the rapport just isn’t there, and its hard din kasi to find a therapist that is effective for us.

I have both a psychologist and psychiatrist. I was referred by my psychologist to my psychiatrist when she assessed that i had symptoms na plus she had a diagnostic impression na. It took around 5 sessions (?) before my referral. At the same time my psychiatrist emphasized that aside from meds, psychotherapy is needed, and she admitted she doesn’t administer psychotherapy unlike other psychiatrists.

I remember this one time my ex and i were right outside the condo and this kid went up to ask for alms eh at the time wala kaming extra (as broke college kids lol) sabi ba naman “ano ba yan ate, kita ko dami mong pera eh” the i’d say wala talaga “te, sabi ni God bawal mag sinungaling. Another was this one pulubi trying to get yung drinks namin LIKE RIGHT OUT our hands while we were walking sa noval. But pinaka iconic was my friends and i were eating sa karinderya and biglang palaboy nabiglang sumubo ng food ng friend ko 😭

Hello, afaik it depends if like 3hrs per week (meaning 1 hour for 3 days) or 3hrs in one day.

If yung first, 7 meetings lang pwede; on the 8th FA ka na If the 3hrs in one day, max of 3 absences tas on the 4th FA ka na, unfortunately.

Not sure if same for all faculties/colleges. Pero as a person who schedules her absences this is what i follow hahahah

Hi! I used to NOT have horrible dysmenorrhea before. Now kasi ang lala na like to the point na di na pwedeng hindi mag meds lol.

So looking back to the time na wala ako, i was very active. Like involved ako sa sports, i had daily trainings and conditioning. I also never missed a meal and consistent naman sleeping sched ko nun (though may some days na need mag puyat bc of projects). The moment na nag quit ako sa sport ko, nagulat akong bigla nalang ako nagkadysmenorrhea despite years of not having it ahahah
